Abstract

Es nuestro interés determinar los contornos de un deber general precontractual de información, esto es, establecer criterios que permitan individuarlo, desde una perspectiva de Sistema, desde el Sistema jurídico de derecho romano o Sistema de ius Romanum, que aunque no desconoce? el impulso dado por el análisis económico del derecho al estudio de la información en las relaciones contractuales en las últimas décadas, tiene como fin la búsqueda de soluciones a partir de las estructuras que ofrece el Sistema al que pertenece el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano.
