Abstract

El problema de la intervencióndelictiva en el marco de los llamados aparatos organizados de poder constituyeuno de los temas más discutidos en la dogmática penal de las últimas décadas ytiene, especialmente en ámbitos como el colombiano, una gran relevanciapráctica. La presente traducción y recopilación de textos de destacadospenalistas alemanes pretende ofrecer un panorama de la discusión en dichopaís, la cual es mucho más profunda y variopinta de lo que en ocasiones sepercibe en nuestro medio. En el centro del debate el lector encontrará algunasde las críticas más sólidas en contra de la autoría mediata en virtud deaparatos organizados de poder desarrollada por Claus Roxin, así como la másreciente defensa de dicha figura por parte de este autor.
