Abstract

Mediante el análisis de la aplicación de los derechos fundamentales por la Corte Constitucional colombiana, se estudia la Constitución Política de 1991 la que desencadenó un vuelco sin antecedentes en diversos aspectos concernientes a la estructura y el funcionamiento del derecho. El más prominente es el relativo a los derechos fundamentales, que hoy día son el prisma desde cuya óptica se debe interpretar todo el derecho ordinario. El libro persigue desentrañar las principales claves de esta nueva concepción jurídica.
