Conservación de la naturaleza. Su régimen jurídico en Colombia y España

Abstract

Esta obra ha sido adelantada por el Grupo de Investigación en Derecho del Medio Ambiente de la Universidad Externado de Colombia y el Grupo de Investigación Agua, Derecho y Medio Ambiente (Agudema), que en esta ocasión han aunado esfuerzos para estudiar las herramientas jurídicas que se han desarrollado en Colombia y en España para lograr la conservación de la naturaleza. Al comenzar con el análisis de la definición jurídica de las áreas o espacios protegidos, el texto permite conocer las diversas categorías de conservación, su evolución y desarrollo; profundizando en el efecto que la delimitación y gestión de estas áreas produce sobre los diversos ecosistemas y los elementos naturales asociados. Del mismo modo, se estudia la protección que han merecido espacios como glaciares, páramos, humedales, bosques, espacios marinos, etc., y la forma como desde las perspectivas del derecho ambiental, constitucional, civil, internacional, administrativo, financiero y tributario, se han construido instrumentos jurídicos dirigidos a la preservación de la naturaleza.
