Estudios sobre la parte especial del derecho internacional penal

Abstract

Esta obra compila seis aportes a la Parte especial del Derecho internacional penal escritos por el profesor Claus Kreß (Universidad de Colonia, Alemania) entre los años 2001 y 2018. Los tres primeros estudios se centran en el significado de las conductas penales del genocidio, los delitos de lesa humanidad y los delitos propios de una guerra civil. El cuarto y el quinto contienen una descripción de las audiencias realizadas en 2010 en Kampala, y en 2017 en Nueva York, para definir la activación de la jurisdicción de la Corte Penal Internacional frente al crimen de agresión. Finalmente, el sexto ensayo analiza la idea antigua del aut dedere aut iudicare, especialmente, en el plano nacional de la persecución. Cada aporte contiene una referencia a la evolución histórica de estos delitos, al tiempo que muestra sus elementos esenciales.
