Abstract

En medio de la ilusión que, por la posibilidad de hallar la justicia a través del derecho, ronda una buena parte del imaginario social, y la desilusión que, al respecto, revela la teoría del derecho, quizá un examen filosófico Como el que ofrece la presente obra constituya una mirada renovadora acerca de no hallarnos frente a un desierto cuando hablamos de ella: la justicia. Porque, sobre todo, el vínculo de la justicia no habría que hacerlo con el derecho sino con la ética.
