Las mipymes familiares colombianas y sus desafíos de perdurabilidad

Abstract

A partir de una muestra de 466 empresas colombianas, los autores analizan los factores que afectan la perdurabilidad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas de carácter familiar, incluyendo las prácticas de gestión y de gobierno corporativo. Este libro es el producto de la línea de investigación en Empresas de Familia y Gobierno Corporativo, adscrita al Observatorio de Entorno de los Negocios de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Con esta investigación se espera aportar a la comprensión de la empresa familiar en el contexto de países en desarrollo. Estos hallazgos serán de gran utilidad para los gerentes y familias empresarias interesados en mejorar la competitividad de sus organizaciones, manteniendo un ambiente de armonía y eficiencia.
