Abstract

Dada la globalización y el estado actual de las empresas, tanto en el ámbito nacional como en el internacional, el autor propone estrategias coherentes con el entorno de la región, y de aquellos países que se asemejen, contrastadas y observadas con las propuestas por autores como Porter, Hamel y Mintzberg, y con el estudio de casos de empresas de distintos sectores, lo cual permite dar una luz de la realidad gerencial y estratégica colombiana.
