Abstract

Examina los cambios estructurales en la industria de transporte regular; en el transporte interior; en las relaciones comerciales internacionales y la repercusión de los cambios en el transporte; y en las políticas económicas de América Latina y sus relaciones con la industria de transporte regular. Posteriormente, analiza la necesidad de una respuesta de América Latina y el Caribe para asegurar la competitividad de sus exportaciones.
