Ciencia, tecnología e innovación para un desarrollo productivo sostenible e inclusivo: lineamientos para el período 2024-2025

Abstract

La Conferencia de Ciencia, Innovación y Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones es un órgano subsidiario de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) y, como tal, es un espacio permanente de diálogo político y técnico que convoca a las altas autoridades responsables de las políticas de ciencia, tecnología e innovación a fin de coordinar acciones e intercambiar conocimientos para mejorar la calidad y la efectividad de las políticas en estas materias. En esta Cuarta Reunión de la Conferencia se definirán las líneas de trabajo y áreas de cooperación de una agenda regional para el período 2024-2025. Para aportar a ese debate y sentar las bases de dicha agenda, en este documento se proponen cuatro líneas prioritarias con un énfasis en la manera de profundizar y mejorar los esfuerzos en materia de ciencia, tecnología e innovación en el marco de las políticas de desarrollo productivo: i) instrumentos de ciencia, tecnología e innovación para un desarrollo productivo sostenible e inclusivo; ii) gobernanza de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación; iii) ciencia, tecnología e innovación con enfoque territorial, y iv) agendas estratégicas sectoriales y tecnológicas.
