Abstract

La Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, la Agenda de Acción de Addis Abeba de la Tercera Conferencia Internacional sobre la Financiación para el Desarrollo, el Marco de Sendái para la Reducción del Riesgo de Desastres 2015-2030 y el Acuerdo de París sobre el clima delinean una nueva agenda de desarrollo. Esta nueva agenda implica una transformación profunda del desarrollo sostenible que requiere una gran movilización de recursos internos y externos, acompañada por un cambio en la financiación, la organización y la asignación de recursos.
