El desafío de las TIC en Argentina: crear capacidades para la generación de empleo

Abstract

Este libro presenta un conjunto de estudios articulados sobre el uso y difusión de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) en el tejido empresario argentino, las estrategias empresariales, y la estructura de organización del trabajo y empleo a las que están asociadas. Cabe destacar que varios de sus capítulos se apoyan en un relevamiento sobre el uso y difusión de las TIC realizado durante el año 2010 a unas 1.100 empresas en los principales aglomerados urbanos de Argentina. Este relevamiento constituyó un importante avance para el estudio de la temática, ya que por primera vez el análisis trascendió al sector manufacturero, alcanzó a las empresas del sector comercio y a las actividades de servicios, con una amplia cobertura regional describiendo con mayor profundidad las características de la difusión de las TIC en el tejido empresarial argentino.
