Abstract

Conclusiones de las reuniones de expertos con el fin de orientar las operaciones censales de 1980, referidas a las caracteristicas geograficas de la poblacion. Se consideran las necesidades de informacion para la investigacion de las migraciones, incluyendo las internas y las internacionales, el estudio de los asentamientos de poblacion y de las caracteristicas de las poblaciones urbanas y rurales. La precision de los datos que se pueda obtener para estos propositos esta muy asociada a una apropiada formulacion de las preguntas y a la disponibilidad de una cartografia completa y adecuada.
