Abstract

La recuperación de la pandemia de enfermedad por coronavirus (COVID-19) y la reconstrucción de un sistema económico que garantice la estabilidad mundial constituyen la gran empresa de los próximos años. Ante un escenario difícil, caracterizado por grandes retos, la escasez de recursos y la fragilidad de las instituciones, se analizan en este documento las nuevas estructuras de gobierno que los sectores público y privado aplican en la agricultura regional para gestionar las agrocadenas y los territorios rurales. Junto con analizar algunas buenas prácticas en materia de políticas agrícolas e innovación tecnológica, los autores hacen una reflexión conceptual sobre los procesos de coordinación de actores en el sector rural y sobre el diseño de nuevos programas de inversión en territorios rezagados, en los que se concentra la población más pobre y más vulnerable al cambio climático.
