Abstract

Revisa los problemas que ha encontrado la comunicación televisiva para la educación y formula un nuevo concepto de comunicación educativa para el desarrollo, teniendo en cuenta el punto de vista de lo que los televidentes campesinos consideran educativo para ellos, incentivando de este modo la autoconfianza y la participación pública del campesino.
