Los desafíos de la equidad en el campo: problemas y estrategia alternativa

Abstract

Presenta las características básicas que debería tener una estrategia equitativa para el sector agrícola en la región, cuya consecución se lograría en base a acciones específicas del Estado en dos frentes: que éste diera un contenido social progresivo a las políticas de desarrollo económico rural, y que aumentara el efecto redistributivo de los servicios sociales propiamente tales en el campo.
