Abstract

Intenta clasificar y definir las variadas politicas de gestion que han utilizado los paises de la region andina, principalmente Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru y Venezuela, para fomentar el desarrollo de sus zonas de alta montana tomando como ambito de accion a cuencas y microrregiones.
