Abstract

Contiene un diagnostico socio-economico de la microrregion, un resumen de las principales contradicciones que impiden el desarrollo de la zona, y una propuesta para la formulacion, implementacion, ejecucion y evaluacion del plan de desarrollo cuyo objetivo mas general seria establecer las condiciones para la acumulacion de capital dentro de la microrregion, aumentando la capacidad y diversidad productiva, asi como los ingresos rurales.
