Abstract

La presente publicación reúne las principales intervenciones realizadas en el marco del «Seminario Internacional: Renta básica y distribución de la riqueza», organizado por el Instituto Belisario Domínguez del Senado de la República de México con el apoyo de la Sede Subregional en México de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL). El seminario tuvo como propósito conocer experiencias internacionales a fin de analizar las posibilidades de establecer un esquema de renta básica en México; así como generar propuestas que permitan combatir la pobreza a partir de la promoción de una distribución justa de la riqueza. Para ello, se convocó a participar a diversos expertos a nivel nacional e internacional, así como a miembros del Senado y a funcionarios de la CEPAL en México.
