Formación para el control de calidad y el medio ambiente interno y externo: algunas experiencias en América Latina

Abstract

Temas nuevos o de importancia creciente, como son el control de calidad, las medidas de seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y las que aseguran una relación armónica de la empresa con el medio ambiente ya son condicionantes para la inserción internacional como resultado del proceso de reestructuración económica en la región y la creciente integración internacional de los mercados. Esto lleva a la necesidad de diseñar acciones que tengan en cuenta esta realidad. Entre éstas, las de formación, previas y simultáneas con los procesos de certificación de calidad (ISO 9000), medioambiental (ISO 14000) y con la introducción de medidas de seguridad y salud laboral, ocupan un lugar imprescindible. En este volumen se aborda, precisamente, el desafío que tiene la Formación para el Trabajo para responder a estas nuevas demandas. Análisis hecho en base a investigaciones monográficas realizadas en cuatro países de la región.
