Abstract

Esboza propuestas dirigidas a responder a la interrogante ¿cómo retomar un crecimiento económico de calidad, sostenible e incluyente? Para ello se identifican aquellos elementos que definen una propuesta integral que permita retomar el crecimiento de las economías latinoamericanas y enfatizar las potencialidades de una mayor participación en la economía global para mitigar los riesgos inherentes a esa participación y propiciar la inclusión de todos los segmentos de la sociedad.
