Abstract

El estudio presenta una visión multidimensional de la pobreza. Un ejercicio académico de alto nivel para la comprensión integral de todos sus dominios, incluyendo aspectos como el bienestar y el desarrollo humano. Al mismo tiempo, se introducen nuevos criterios y elementos para definir políticas públicas y acciones innovadoras que contribuyan a la resolución sostenible de muchos problemas sociales de América Latina. Buscamos una perspectiva más completa, un análisis profundo, orientado a expandir las capacidades de la gente, especialmente de la población pobre.
