Abstract

Analiza la dotación de reservas de hidrocarburos de los países andinos junto a la creciente brecha energética de Norteamérica y las posibilidades de integración hemisférica en este sector. La publicación expone el reto de los países andinos para sacar el mayor provecho a la situación energética actual, de forma tal de generar las condiciones para expandir la producción y suplir al resto del Continente y aprovechar los beneficios de la explotación para insertarlos en una estrategia de desarrollo sustentable y de máximo valor a lo largo de las cadenas productivas.
