Abstract

La pandemia del coronavirus COVID-19 y sus consecuencias sociales y económicas han hecho más patente que nunca la necesidad de la digitalización de nuestras economías y de nuestras instituciones públicas. Una de las lecciones de la crisis es la urgencia de acelerar la transformación digital de las administraciones públicas y de los servicios públicos. En esta nueva “gran transformación” los gobiernos encuentran un nuevo aliado: las startups, scaleups y mipymes digitales con vocación pública. Este informe es parte de una serie de iniciativas de CAF govtechlab y del IE PublicTech Lab, destinadas a mejorar el entendimiento sobre los ecosistemas govtech en Iberoamérica, suscitar el debate sobre los mismos y guiar a los decisores públicos en la promoción de estos ecosistemas.
