Abstract

»Unter dem Gesichtspunkt einer abschließenden Beurteilung besteht die Stärke vorliegender Arbeit zum einen in der überzeugenden Herausarbeitung der ökonomischen Defizite der Familienpolitik in der Vergangenheit und Gegenwart und zum anderen in der Forderung nach einer gleichmäßigeren Verteilung der finanzpolitischen Lasten in der Gesellschaft. Hierzu bietet der Vf. vielfältige Vorschläge (betr. Kindergeld, Kinderfreibeträge, Anrechnung der Erziehungszeiten in der Rentenversicherung, etc.). Insofern kommt der Untersuchung eine bedeutsame Rolle zu welche sowohl dem verantwortlichen Politiker als auch dem interessierten Laien ein Ansporn sein sollte, die Belange der Familien stärker zu unterstützen. […] Die ›Stimme der Familie‹ darf in einer leistungsorientierten Gesellschaft nicht zugunsten des individuellen Wohlergehens geopfert werden.
