Abstract

Das Gutachten beschäftigt sich mit grenzüberschreitenden Unternehmensaktivitäten in der sächsisch-polnischen Grenzregion. Es werden unter anderem Erfahrungen aus anderen Grenzregionen zu MOEL herangezogen, Merkmale deutscher und polnischer Unternehmen verglichen und Umfang und Hemnisse der grenzüberschreitenden Unternehmensaktivitäten erörtert. Mögliche wirtschaftliche Folgen werden diskutiert. Ganz besonders wird die Notwendigkeit der Unterstützung kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen hervorgehoben, die durch verschiedene Probleme von grenzüberschreitenden Unternehmensaktivitäten abgehalten werden könnten.
