Abstract

La presente obra relata y analiza 400 años de negocios entre México y Estados Unidos, en un periodo que corre entre 1617 y 2017. Con una prosa amena y accesible al público en general, cargada de anécdotas e incidentes curiosos, describe los negocios tanto lícitos como ilícitos que crearon una de las relaciones de negocios más importantes en el mundo. El lector explorará temas tan diversos como la importancia de los Mexican Dollars en la creación de la moneda estadounidense, la llegada de la primera empresa moderna a México, el papel que nuestro país jugó en los inicios de la fast food a nivel global o el esfuerzo heroico de los contrabandistas en el desarrollo del comercio norteamericano.
