Abstract

El presente documento examina los avances y retos para el logro de una cobertura universal, con acceso efectivo a servicios de salud de calidad para los mexicanos. Para ello, describe la situación en la que se encuentra actualmente el Sistema Nacional de Salud (SNS) y las posibilidades de una reforma que reduzca o elimine su segmentación.
