Abstract

Este trabajo constituye un esfuerzo colectivo. Se trata de una propuesta consensuada entre numerosos especialistas, de diversas visiones, que recoge las ideas centrales de lo que debe guiar una reforma integral a la hacienda pública. Sustentado en El México del 2012: Reformas a la Hacienda Pública y al Sistema de Protección Social, editado por el CEEY en 2012 este trabajo extiende y profundiza algunas de las propuestas señaladas en ese documento. Por tanto, la lectura de este libro debe acompañarse de la revisión exhaustiva de El México del 2012
