Abstract

Más de un evento es el que ha puesto al Sistema Electoral Mexicano bajo la lupa y escrutinio nacional e internacional. Éste, sin embargo, ha demostrado que a pesar de presentar puntos débiles que deben atenderse, también cuenta con fortalezas, mismas que merece la pena potenciar. Así y con base en lo anterior, el CEEY con la colaboración de Integralia, en un trabajo conjunto, nos presentan una evaluación dura realizada por expertos con visiones, experiencias y perspectivas distintas, acompañada de un minucioso diagnóstico integral realizado por estudiosos del tema, ambos enfocados en las fortalezas y las debilidades de nuestro sistema electoral. Además de desmitificar y poner en su justa dimensión muchos de los elementos y factores que han afectado nuestro sistema electoral, a partir de un análisis de las últimas elecciones federales, la finalidad última de este ejercicio es brindar a los tomadores de decisión una herramienta útil y libre de subjetividades, en pro de una Reforma Electoral real y necesaria para México.
