Abstract

In diesem Artikel stellt der diesjährige Gewinner des Heinz-König-Young-Scholar- Awards, der im Rahmen des ZEW Summer Workshop forYoung Economists vergeben wird, seine preisgekrönte Analyse vor. Uwe Böwer, Doktorand an derMunich Graduate School of Economics, beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, inwieweit sich ausgewählte neue EU-Staaten (und Kroatien und die Türkei) bereits in einem Wirtschaftsverbund mitWesteuropa befinden.
