Abstract

Unternehmensgründungen von Frauen weisen eine schlechtere Performance auf als Gründungen von Männern. Teilweise lässt sich dies auf geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede im Bildungsniveau, der Berufserfahrung, der Größe des Gröndüngsteams und der Branchenzugehörigkeit zurückführen. Das geht aus einer aktuellen Studie des ZEW hervor.
