Gründungen: Abwärtstrend gestoppt

Abstract

Im Jahr 2009 wurden in Deutschland rund 8.v.H. mehr Unternehmensgründungen beobachtet als im Vorjahr. Die Gründungszahlen werden allerdings stark von der Einführung der Unternehmergesellschaft (UG) beeinflusst, von der nicht eindeutig gesagt werden kann, in welchem Umfang sie zu zusätzlichen Gründungen führt. Lässt man Unternehmen, die als UG gegründet wurden, unberücksichtigt, sinkt die Anzahl der Gründungen leicht um etwa 1 v.H. Der bisher zu beobachtende Abwärtstrend hat sich damit verlangsamt. Im High-Tech-Sektor ist die Anzahl der Gründungen im Jahr 2009 auch ohne UG-Gründungen gestiegen. Allerdings werden immer noch weniger High-Tech-Unternehmen gegründet als in den 1990er Jahren. Zu diesen Ergebnissen kommt eine aktuelle Auswertung des Mannheimer Unternehmenspanels (MUP).
