Gründungen aus Arbeitslosigkeit: Aktuelle Entwicklungen und Strukturen

Abstract

Der Rückwärtstrend der Zahl der Unternehmensgründungen in den Jahren 2005 bis 2008 scheint mit dem Einsetzen der Wirtschaftskrise beendet. Für das Jahr 2009 ist wieder von einem deutlichen Anstieg der Gründungszahlen auszugehen. Der Hauptgrund liegt in der Zunahme von Gründungen mit dem Ziel der Vermeidung von Arbeitslosigkeit oder als Ausweg aus derselben. Bei anhaltend angespannter Arbeitsmarktlage ist mit einer wachsenden Bedeutung dieser Gründungen zu rechnen. Im Rahmen des MittelstandsMonitors 2010 haben ZEW und KfW gemeinsam die aktuelle Entwicklung und die Strukturen von Gründungen aus Arbeitslosigkeit untersucht.
