Abstract

Der Beitrag bietet einen Überblick über die bei der Bundeswahlleiterin nach dem Parteiengesetz geführte Unterlagensammlung und die damit verbundenen Aufgaben. Er zeichnet ihre Entstehungsgeschichte nach, erläutert ihre rechtlichen und funktionalen Hintergründe und geht der Frage nach, welchen Zweck sie erfüllt und wem sie dient.
