Eigentumsquoten im Vergleich. Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der Gebäude- und Wohnungszählung 2022

Abstract

Wie haben sich die Wohneigentumsquoten in Deutschland zwischen den Zensusjahren 2011 und 2022 entwickelt? Auf der Grundlage von Daten der Gebäude- und Wohnungszählungen sowie von ergänzenden personenbezogenen Informationen aus der Haushaltebefragung des Zensus geht der Beitrag dieser Frage nach. Im Fokus der Analyse steht die personenbezogene Eigentumsquote, differenziert nach Altersgruppen, Regionen (Ost/West, Kreistypen), Haushaltstypen und höchstem beruflichen Abschluss. Ziel ist, strukturelle Muster und Verschiebungen im Zugang zu Wohneigentum zu beschreiben, ohne individuelle Wohnentscheidungen kausal zu erklären.
