Abstract

Im ersten Teil des Aufsatzes (Brenzel/Garcia Ritz, 2025) wurden die Methodik und Evaluation der Datennützlichkeit dargestellt. Der zweite Teil legt den Fokus auf die Evaluation der Anonymität und einen Ausblick zur Datenbereitstellung. Dafür werden die generierten, partiell synthetischen Daten der Verdienststrukturerhebung 2018 mithilfe von gängigen Risikometriken bezüglich verbleibender Aufdeckungsrisiken bewertet. Abschließend erfolgt eine Einschätzung möglicher Zugangswege im Hinblick auf ihre juristische Dimension.
