Arbeitszeiten und Arbeitszeitwünsche von Männern (und Frauen) – Anhaltspunkte zu Potenzialen für die Gleichstellung

Abstract

Auf dem Arbeitsmarkt bestehen Unterschiede zwischen Männern und Frauen, die in zahlreichen Aspekten zulasten von Frauen gehen: Indikatoren wie der Gender Pay Gap, der Gender Earnings Gap, der Gender Employment Gap oder der Gender Pension Gap weisen etwa darauf hin, dass Verdienste zuungunsten von Frauen ungleich verteilt sind. Dass Ungleichheiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt auch Männer bei der Verwirklichung ihrer Lebensentwürfe behindern können, wird jedoch selten thematisiert. Aus diesem Grund untersucht der Beitrag, wie sich die Arbeitszeiten von Männern und Frauen unterscheiden und welche Präferenzen und Wünsche Männer und Väter in Befragungen hinsichtlich ihrer Arbeitszeit angeben.Umweltökonomische Gesamtrechnungen, Ökosystemleistungen, Feinstaubfilterung, Holzzuwachs, Ernteerträgeenvironmental-economic accounting, ecosystem services, absorption of fine particles, wood provision, crop provision
