Die Pflegeausbildungsstatistik – Einführung und Weiterentwicklung in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels

Abstract

Um dem Mangel an Pflegefachkräften in Deutschland zu begegnen, wurde die bisher getrennte Alten- und Krankenpflegeausbildung zusammengeführt. Seit Januar 2020 erfolgt eine generalisierte Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau und zum Pflegefachmann auf Grundlage des Pflegeberufegesetzes, zugleich wurde eine neue Statistik zu dieser neuen Ausbildungsform eingeführt. Der Aufsatz informiert über die rechtlichen Grundlagen, den Einführungsprozess der Pflegeausbildungsstatistik, die aktuelle Erweiterung um die hochschulische Pflegeausbildung sowie die geplante Erweiterung um die Pflegefachassistenzausbildung. Er gibt einen Überblick über die Entwicklung der Datenlage und zeigt, wie Lösungsquoten, das heißt die Anteile an vorzeitigen Vertragslösungen in der Pflegeausbildung, dargestellt werden können.
