Erfassung von Diskriminierungserfahrungen im EU-Labour Force Survey

Abstract

Wie wird die subjektiv wahrgenommene Diskriminierung am Arbeitsplatz im Rahmen des EU-Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS) erfasst? Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags steht das LFS-Zusatzmodul 2021 zur Arbeitsmarktsituation von Personen mit Einwanderungsgeschichte. Es wird analysiert, wie Diskriminierung durch die Befragung erfasst wird, welche Konzepte zugrunde liegen und welche methodischen Herausforderungen - insbesondere Antwortausfälle - damit verbunden sind. Schließlich wird empirisch untersucht, was die erhöhten Antwortausfälle unter Personen mit Einwanderungsgeschichte erklären könnte.
