Die öffentliche Verschuldung ist seit dem Stabilitäts- und Wachstumspakt in der Europäischen Währungsunion wieder in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses gerückt. Bleibt bei der Diskussion um die Haushaltskonsolidierung die Balance zwischen Gegenwart und Zukunft gewahrt? Wird die heute Steuern zahlende Generation zu stark belastet?
