Abstract

In seiner Regierungserklärung vom 14. März hat Bundeskanzler Gerhard Schröder unter anderem auch eine Reform des Kündigungsschutzes angekündigt. Wie wirkt der Kündigungsschutz ökonomisch? Wie könnte er effizienter ausgestaltet werden? Wie sind die Vorschläge des Bundeskanzlers zum Kündigungsschutz aus Sicht des Arbeitsrechts zu bewerten?
