Abstract

Mit der Novellierung des Energiewirtschaftsgesetzes vom April 1998 wurde der Strommarkt durch die diskriminierungsfreie Öffnung des „natürlichen Monopols" für interessierte Anbieter liberalisiert. Dabei setzt die Bundesregierung bei der Regelung des Netzzuganges bisher auf eine Verbändevereinbarung. Brauchen wir eine Stromregulierungsbehörde?
