Abstract

Der Staat übt über die Ausgestaltung der gesetzlichen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen einen entscheidenden Einfluß auf die Forschung im Bereich der Zukunftstechnologien und die Innovationstätigkeit der Unternehmen aus. Dr. Gunter Festel und Professor Peter Oberender analysieren die Zusammenhänge am Beispiel der Gentechnik.
