Reduzierung der Sozialabgaben statt Kombilohn

Abstract

Angesichts der hohen Arbeitslosigkeit werden von Politik und Wissenschaft auch unkonventionellere Ansätze zur Lösung des Beschäftigungsproblems wie beispielsweise der Kombilohn in die Diskussion gebracht. Werden mit dem Kombilohn die eigentlichen Ursachen der Arbeitslosigkeit der Geringqualifizierten behoben? Wie schneidet er im Vergleich zu konkurrierenden Lösungsansätzen ab?
