Abstract

L’article part de la question de savoir si et comment on peut exposer un thème de l’histoire du droit dans un musée. À l’exemple de l’exposition « Citoyennetés. France, Pologne, Allemagne depuis 1789 », dont l’auteur a été le commissaire au Deutsches Historisches Museum de Berlin en 2022-2023, il réfléchit aux défis spécifiques auxquels la représentation de l’histoire politique est confrontée lorsqu’il s’agit de transmettre de manière adéquate des notions et des objets de l’histoire du droit à un plus large public.
