Abstract

Trotz katastrophaler Verluste könnte die Ukraine eine wichtige Rolle in Europa spielen. Die Armee, die Zivilgesellschaft und die Behörden, unterstützt von ausländischen Verbündeten, stellen sich trotz allem weiterhin einem übermächtigen Feind entgegen. Die Ukraine will mit allen Mitteln zeigen, dass sie sich nicht der Gnade der Invasoren ergeben wird. Dennoch sollten sich die Partner im Westen keinen Illusionen hingeben, denn die Fähigkeiten der Ukraine sind begrenzt.
