Politisches Gestalten als Herausforderung der Digitalisierung

Abstract

Der Beitrag von Sebastian Berg benennt zwei Herausforderungen, die für eine demokratische Gestaltung des digitalen Wandels bedeutsam sind. Da ist zum einen die Herausforderung, Digitalisierung als menschengemachten Prozess technisch vermittelter sozialer Ordnungsbildung in den Blick zu nehmen. Hier besteht die politische Herausforderung darin, einen angemessenen Modus demokratischer und damit kollektiver Gestaltung soziotechnischer Realisierung zu finden.
