An application of target costing method in project planning

Abstract

W pracy dokonano opisu metody rachunku kosztów docelowych (target costing), wykorzystywanej w inżynierii wartości produktu oraz przedstawiono propozycję modyfikacji umożliwiającej zastosowanie jej w procesie planowania przedsięwzięć projektowych, realizowanych na potrzeby klienta zewnętrznego. Planowanie projektu potraktowane zostało jako wielokryterialny problem decyzyjny, ze szczególnym naciskiem położonym na kryteria kosztów i czasu realizacji. Rozważania teoretyczne zilustrowano przykładem obliczeniowym.
