Modelling of risk in the building projects

Abstract

Artykuł dotyczy problematyki ryzyka, występującego w procesie budowlanym. Analizowany proces budowlany składa się z pięciu elementów: projekt wstępny, przetarg, prace projektowe, prace budowlane (przygotowawcze, roboty ziemne, montażowe, wykończeniowe) oraz oddanie obiektu do eksploatacji i rozliczenie płatności. Autor dokonał specyfikacji ryzyka, występującego w poszczególnych etapach projektu, a następnie opracował matematyczny model oceny wszystkich rodzajów ryzyka. W kolejnych etapach pracy (artykułach) przewiduje się badania praktyczne, które będą polegać na zebraniu danych eksperckich dotyczących ryzyka, a ponadto kwantyfikację ryzyka budowlanego oraz budowę systemu ekspertowego, opartego na sieciach neuronowych do analizy ryzyka.
